LoL, you guys are outrageous

What's the first rule of stock trading/investing again,..dun dun dun

BUY LOW/SELL HIGH

In other words..
a low stock price is a happy time..time to buy
a high stock pirce is also a happy time..time to sell and cash in

If you bought high average down
If you can't take the game don't play
At the very least don't whine and blame your trading faults on the management
