dmlabuda's 0.016 to 0.018 buy price is based on old unreliable moving average; which to a mathematician ma used in charting is totaling unsound and unreliable. I know because I have 35 years TA experience and I am a scientist.

My system just generated a buy signal 20 minutes ago. So we have a short term bottom and I expect ICPA prices going up from here. Carnage is over.
