Excitement about .07 pps, pathetic!

This was $2 post R/S and now down to .07. Would any of you paid pumpers like to explain this inverted parabola? Would you care to list the OS right after the R/S and today's OS count? Even money says they aren't the same, yet we were informed by another IR type that dilution was not going to happen to pay for equipment. But then again we weren't promised that shares wouldn't be sold to pay for the pumps. $2 to .07 says it all.
