I don't have a crystal ball and I NEVER try to second guess the market. I usually don't know when the right time is to buy until it's the right time to buy. The markets are dynamic and anything can happen. I would expect to see support (that is a significant number of other people buying) around $0.016 to $0.018 as I said earlier. But, that number could change depending on market conditions. I'll need to watch it for clues which almost always show up to tell you whether to buy sell or find another stock to trade. Sorry I can't be more specific but, the right time to buy is when the majority of traders are either buying or have recently bought and any short sellers are getting nervous. Usually that is when the OB/OS indicators on the daily and intraday charts are all in sync in an oversold condition.
