I am sure this is a gross oversimplification on my part, but Tivus is a tiny fish in a somewhat small pond occupied by several very much larger fish, a couple of whom are mighty hungry.
SP needs to do his work from the shadows and under the dark overhangs where big fishies either don't want to go or cannot go. If her were to swim up to the warm, sunny water just yet, he could become but a memory in the blink of an eye.

For us shareholders, this s*cks so badly, but the truth is the minute any one of us wants to fold and move on, someone will move in to acquire our scraps.
I have learned from a quite unrelated industry that if you act like a big fish, you are often perceived as such whether it is true or not. It makes sense to me that delays, low share price, lack of news make many perceive him as a fish that is smaller than he truly is right now. In the meantime, he is learning how to do the bigfish dance so that when circumstance forces his hand he can survive in the warm, sunny water.

I am fairly certain Mr. Scott has 'tweaked" my replicator again. I feel "funny".

Spockie-boy way out there.
