I apologize for the slow response -- I wanted to be sure I had accurate information. As I suspected, there is no finality on the position going forward on the JDZ. Please refer to the script from last month’s management presentation (http://erhc.com/articles/2012-annual-meeting-of-shareholders/) regarding the Company’s explanation of the three potential outcomes of the current deliberations. When a decision is finalized, ERHC Energy will announce it to shareholders.
