Brettin are you sure it is not a glitch? I can only "see" it on MSN. Yahoo and Nasdaq dont show OTC.BB stuff, I have seen this happen before on MSN as well as across other platforms at the same time.

What is the status of Col. Hoffman? He has been silent. He has enough shares to make a trade like this. Would they be free trading and or would he have to disclose if he was going to sell.
Same goes for RLM. This would have to be disclosed in advance?

REG S shares! SEVU sold large blocks offshore to foreign investors & they could not keep the cat in bag any longer? The filing coming up and all? (FG is loving this opinion, we have talked about REG s in the past)
Who else has enough free trading shares to trade a block of this size. What is the SEC law. Is not it true you can only sell 1% a month of total holdings as an insider.
This is all in my opinion and speculation only of this large supposed block trade.
