oh my god. Just because you asked so nicely I'll tell you. I never once said they were bought out, cause if they were the cash would be in your account and you'd be jumping for joy (assuming you own shares), I said they're in a buyout because they're done negotiating and continuing to talk to their advisors regarding the best price.
