I had watched the whole Dry Bulk sector earlier this year. This one, PRGN,DRYS, and a few others. The Baltic dry index bottomed in late March at 647 now up to 1160 range. Need to play the ones more dependant on the spot market and have to be very careful of debt, financials, and potential dilution. Some have keep going during this period by issuing shares.
