If you have one car to sell and you sell millions of cars you don't have like most of the hedgies and brokerages firms have with rcch and all the share holders come knocking what do you get?

If you sell shares you don't have then you cannot settle the account of the buyer and the trade is tracked as a ftd and eventually ends up on the SHO list. No way around it.

Since there are no entries on either list that coincide with your fantasies then it is pretty obvious that there is no short position on this stock.

No one is screwing RCCH shareholders except Newton.

The stock is and always has been a simple and obvious scam.
