Yep, the deadline for the 3rd Party Defendants and all non parties depositions to be completed is the 23 of May. Glad you reminded us. But like I said, we won't know about the Deposition of Humphries until after the fact. We don't even know if Humphries will show up for the deposition in Texas for that fact. We probably won't have any idea about Humphries Deposition until the status conference on the 31st of May.
