Ummm. The premise of trading a "stinky pinky" "penny stock" is that they are VERY risky and VERY volitile. They can be your best friend or worst enemy. Most ANYONE knows (common sense) when they fund their account that there is inherent risk in ANY stock. Stocks that trade for a penny or worse yet a sub-penny are extremely risky and stupid cheap for a reason. There is plenty of warning about the odds UP FRONT (i.e. THE PRICE) Common sense, and Minimal DD shows penny stocks are a winsome/lose some "GAMBLE".

this pos company blantantly lied and put it into news releases so King could steal shareholders money...stealing verses gambling big difference pal...look at ENRON those guys went to jail to name but one..understand now? this king guy needs to pay back what he stole and go to jail...simple

What day did Mr. King steal your money? What month? What SEC rules were broke warranting the word STEALING? If the PPS goes to a penny on news did he still "steal" your money? If you have proof of fraud I suggest you act on it. If not then there is NO discourse. This is the inherant risk of investing in penny stocks. All one can do is stay diverse, do proper DD, and trade the price swings. Learn from bad trades and let it go if ya make one. I've lost it all on reverse splits before. I was ALL IN on NVSR when they pulled a 1 for 150 reverse split. I lost almost all my money overnight. Was I stolen from? No, I knew the risks. I was disappointed and it hurt. If King wanted to steal your money that is all he had to do. Hell thats all ANY stock has to do is reverse split. It took me seven months of trading to get my money back. Now I am stronger and have learned quite a bit, and I don't bash the stock or feel the need to kick the CEO's butt. CEO's jobs are to keep the company alive.....even at the expense of shareholders. Stay diverse and happy trading guys. Write off the losses or average down....... GL
