Nonsense.

But illegal activity CAN change the status of shares from legal to illegal.



If you buy a legal car from a dealer who doesn't have a state license to sell cars, he will be prosecuted by the state for illegal activity but you still will own the 'legal' car.

Illegal activity does not change the status of the product.
