Waterchaser, you're right but these picks are not a roast you just stick in a crock pot and leave. These are more like the broiler, put it in, watch it carefully, and take it out before the burn. Greed will get them, they need to remember that the gains are when the initial alert comes out and NOT when they get in, do math and don't panic. IMO.
