What i don't get as in the April 18 pr How can Frank retire 1BB shares and still retain 53% of the O/S for conversion into preferred stock? something stinks. well i hope frank can pull a rabbit out of his hat.

One should not increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything
