We hope to conclude the Tender Offer during the second quarter of 2012.

This will come up quickly since we're allready mid-point 2nd Qtr.

Offer is between .65 ~ .75 cents on the dollar...splitting the difference would be .70.

.70 or higher....I would. :~O
