This is so specul;ative but its what I think is going on. We know they want off the pinks and dont want to put out good news until safely on the OTC. The question is why is the 10K delayed. We know they are going to file. I think they may be getting close to the actual move and want to be at least near to when it will take place before they begin to promote the company. Things could unwind fast here

On the negative side I am very disapointed they didnt update us on something. They should not allow the stock to continue too much longer like this. Although it really is holding up, The decline is on small volume. Some good people are getting cheaper shares. Any buying pressure at all and its 0.10 instantly.

When I first came to the stock 100k buys even without sells didnt budge the stock.
what will a 100k buy without a sell do now? raise the stock a few cents is the answer
