Possible Explanations


I have seen similar episodes like this play out on another stock recently. A 'pro' explained to me that this is the sort of thing you can expect when either non-insiders very close to the company expect positive news and wish to cash in on it OR there is an investment group (something we might consider forming one day) moving in as part of an attempt to manipulate the price by slinging around some larger (AND AFORDABLE) volumes which appear to be quality product but are grossly undervalued.

We know this may also be someone who is being compensated by TiVus for something by using stock instead of cash and that should show up sooner or later with the appropriate SEC form attached to it in public news outlets.

There may well be other explanations, as well.
