LOL, you say that as if banging ones head into a wall is a bad decision?

Is this volume showing up at buys or sells? and at what price? I have had a buy in for 16 million @ .0002 all morning, (except for 33,000 shares) it hasn't filled? somebody that has been around pennies for a while and seen this, please fill me in.
