Surprised PPS is not higher than what it is...



It's because this is somewhat expensive for a Pink Sheet stock. Pink Sheet players are used to playing .001 stocks. They also want instant action.

When CDOC is back on the OTCBB it will be a .60 stock not a .06 stock.
