They can't use words like concluded because the deal, whatever it is has not been completed yet. If they were to use the word concluded, they would have to give details.

The message was a way for them to communicate to everyone without getting themselves into legal trouble and a way to ask people here to just give it some time.

Relax, if it were bad, they would have already done the worst. You just don't pack up and shut down a profitable company.
