I was told by AOAC the MIT1000 was the device to be tested. That does not mean it exists or not. AOAC never sees or touches the device. AOAC is more or less an administrator in the process. The criteria used to test them would not be shared by MMTC, AOAC or laboratory por who performs the actual testing. If they cannot share the testing criteria, especially MMTC, I assume there is no criteria, and probably no testing.

The single most surprising find was the Listeria certification with no subsequent utility. In other words, MMTC has this wonderful device that performs miracles in a needed science but has no record or mention from peers, universities, or any reliable review from anyone other than itself. If the device is as good as their claim, why is it not producing revenue through licensing, patent inclusions or as a stand alone device where Listeria is commonly found? The answer can be only one thing and it ain't good.
