Check out Google Earth... there is a river that is about 400m to the North and N.East of Ekom Eya....which I have read swells during the rainy seasons into the wide shallow valley area that KAT talks about. :o)

Tailings of the old mine were deposited in a wide shallow valley lying to the east of the ore trend. This valley drains north-easterly into the semi perennial Pamunu River
