Heck if I know. But, I think they monitor investor/shareholder sentiment.
So, if they can remove any uncertainty, I imagine they will. All IMO.

I think it is great news and demonstrated they are optimistic about their ability to self-sustain themselves in what is looking like (to me)long-term.
