"A" former penny stock company (which went to $1.40) is not a "history of failing companies (plural)". Several factors went into the failure of that single, solitary former company. But if the consensus is to blame the CEO I am fine with that. A lesson I learned early on is you have to lose a fortune before you can truly succeed. Laugh if you want but there's a lot of truth to that. The debt here is a concern however. My bet is we will see that debt reduced in the Q. Time will tell. GLTA
