I believe that the disappointing performance of the F*cebook IPO had at least some effect on the performance of ICPA.

ICPA's prospects may be good but they were also somewhat hyped with the above IPO and the Social Media space in general.

We need to keep an eye on F*cebook stock performance in the near term. If this stock begins to tank (and remember that the underwriters, who likely "carried" it on Friday to keep it from an embarrassing close below the initial price of 38, will not be able to carry it forever.

As the fate of F*cebook goes, so goes the fate of many concerns in the social media space.
