The term Undeviating Justice refers to the concepts encoded on Key 11:Justice.

This Key is the center of the Tarot pack. It stands for Equilibrium, Balance, etc., symbolized by the title and the scales. Very simply, everything operates in perfect time and perfect order. It is an illusion that we control any of it. We can believe we are victims of "good and bad" or we can believe that "storms pass" and they happened for a purpose greater then our simply understanding. Surrendering to the experience of this life is less painful or even "painless" to someone who lives in Mastery if we choose to remove judgement but not discernment/discrimiation. Those are two very differnt concepts.
