Positive change is always slow in a new company, but IMHO I believe Val is heading in the right direction. He hasn't overlooked anything and isn't afraid to venture out to make a profit on other fronts, such as the cards. Building a business such as this will take time, especially when your progress depends on others (government) etc. GO VAL GO OTOW
