G when Cliff said PR in hands of PR company I wonder okay then whats holdup. Made me think with any penny stock these pr companies work just hold PR buy cheap shares. Then release it and make 100% or more. Its not like Sec has the resources to police all these penny stock managements. So they clearly don't have them to police what PR firms do before releasing a PR. It's not like it's beyond many of them to take advantage.
