butterfly007 Don't get carried away here. There were those long before you came along that pronounced CHTL/VELA as a scam both here and on Y. And - do not expect the SEC to move quickly if at all.

Lastly - VELA continues to trade. IN MY OPINION [IMO] it will die a slow death as the "story" no longer sells.
