As I said yesterday in my first post, this PR was carefully worded to sound like bad news, but actually is stating that the negotiation stage is completed,and time to finalize. It had to be worded this way to avoid giving fraudulent info, but to make it sound like the deal fell through to throw us off-sounds like more of us are realizing this now and may help to prevent a dip tomorrow
