and im fairly certain the nysdec is only concerned with plastic feedstock per hour not metal. metal isnt exactly a substance that gets in vapors very often lmao so with metal being 8 times as dense as plastic youre looking at metal being worth per cubic foot around 3 to 4 times what plastic is worth to jbi as fuel per cubic foot of plastic
