I get it, but I don't agree that "They hide the bid size to make it seem like people aren't lookin to load." (Who is "they," anyway? The market makers don't program their computers to hide size.) Was your order all-or-none? If not, it's worth calling your broker when that occurs and asking why the order wasn't displayed as it's supposed to be.
