you really think "Class A Shares" are going to be traded often in the public market???
Come on, get a clue, they will certainly be essential but they will be more about distributing power amongst a "board" of higher tier investors.
For Example, you'll have the CEO's that sit and make deliberations as the "executive" branch (Dr. Bob, Kane, Dr Moe, Andrew Etc) and then the Class A Shares will be held by "significant" investors...its CALLED a BALANCE of POWER, which is good for a company.
Of course they should be wary of a "big time" investor who would deliver money in exchange for a cut of their profits...if you had their "golden idea" wouldn't you be guarded too??
And as a share holder, I would like to know DOC (by the way are you a shareholder or a sharePOSER?!?!?)...would you like some guy with DEEP pockets coming in to expedite your PPS increase when in the long run they could CARE two ***** about the company, the share holders, or quality of the products produced...at that point CBIS would be in extreme danger of never being able to pursue what they intend to pursue now.
WHAT EXACTLY do you think a person with HUGE AMOUNTS of money is going to want from CBIS??
CONTROL...PROFITS...CONTROL....PROFITS...ROYALITES...MORE CONTROL...hence IMO short terms bumps in PPS is all we'd see...YOU DONT think a person like that would want to DILUTE out a measy shareholder?? DO YOU??? hmmmmmm????
Most believe, and would bet that if CBIS wanted to go the ROUTE of a getting a SHARK...they COULD have done it already...but for GOOD reason...they ARE NOT
Its so frustrating when people don't see the big picture here...
Today while enjoying myself on the beach, {for the first time in 2012} I sat their WISHING i had CBIS's SUN LOTION product...I looked around the beach...Adults, teenagers, parents, kids....they all get it...the UV Rays are a dangerous thing and people are self educated on what they need to do to protect themselves...the LAZY days of slacking in the SUNSHINE with no PROTECTION are OVER! and once this product hits the shelves its gonna be a MEGA HIT! and that only one MINI PIECE of PIE in this emerging BomBshell of a COMPANY
