agreed, How is anyone supposed to Value this stock if no Finanacials / 10k... investors here just guess what it might be...Is that investing or just throwing money blindly at a stock ?

I am speculating that the financials are so bad the CEO is afraid to release them...there is no other logical explaination for not doing Financials since 2007.
