I agree with you.

I'm not going to sit and act like I didn't panic and almost hit the sell button, because I almost did. BUT, on further reading and slowing myself down, I too believe this is a way to shake us off. I was lost at first, well because I am a worry first kind of guy, lol. Again after further review and looking at a company that pulled unsold shares of the table and before going dark was paying off debt. And spider on the table and a BOD of who's who, I don't see these guys losing.

Now on the other hand these are VERY smart money hungry business men that have had a lot of success. I don't see them pissing away all the years hard work and f@&king the sharholders. Honestly they od careless about us and our opinion, what they care about is getting a GOOD price per share out of this, so there work isnt invain. Remember a lot of these guy own shares, some bought and some earned.

This is IMO and IMO is all I need to hold, everyone's else's opinions on trying to "save me and my money" well save your breath, MY opinion is all that matters when talking about MY money. ))))
