The word "terminating" is the most ambiguous part. Did they terminate completely or did they terminate for the time being until they "wind" down that part of their operation which the potential buyer possibly did not want. It seems like that part is already a done deal thus the exit of baker etc,. Either way that announcement if it was meant as a courtesy is very vague and putting it out 20 minutes before close was devisive. They really want us to sell imo and that was probably their last bid to do so before they announce a buy/merger.
