There's no question they had an attorney draft that PR. By saying "agency business" they are intentionally being ambiguous but not flat-out lying. If agency business meant everything they had left they would have just announced they're discontinuing operations. Why even say they are looking to maximize value for remaining assets for stake holders IF THERE WERE NO REMAINING ASSETS? These guys have lawyers for their own lawyers, so there's no way Dyne, Chazen, and Musci would allow this PR to be sent if it hadn't been carefully reviewed. NO WAY.
