Yes it was poorly written ON PURPOSE!! It was a slap in the face,F***K you to us shareholders. THEY WANT THEIR SHARES BACK!! Do you honestly think that they want to make you rich? They are pulling dirty tactics and this is just the beginning. There will be more blood shed before its over and the move they pulled today says it all. They will not walk away from a company the have made into a top 25 agency. See them for who they are. Low character individuals who can care less whether this tears your life or family apart. HOLD YOUR SHARES if you can and lets stick together. That is the only way we beat them at this game. My opinion.
