Time will tell. A buyback announcement of 20M is not gonna impress the market. It'll actually draw more snears than anything. If KMAG announced a buyback, to be market impressive, it needs to be atleast 15% of the currently believed o/s (609M), plain and simple. 20%-30% would be even better, but 15% will suffice. Anything less just won't draw the same attention. Just the way it is.

Think about it Arnold: 609M minus even 50M still leaves 559M o/s. Nothing substantial gained there. Investors (and the market) wanna see 100M+, to show some serious KMAG seriousness.
