You do realize that the units are empty at the time of sale, don't you?... Read the vinhaler web site. they are not being sold as a medical device.. MMJ dispensaries are only filling the units for their patients on site... that gives RFMK the ability to sell the units with out breaking federal law...

I really think you should do some more DD on this...
