I don't know what you are trying to get across by reposting this same rule over and over. If you are saying that they are being removed from the OTCBB then we aren't in disagreement there.

If you are thinking that they are being removed from being able to trade anywhere then I'm pretty confident that you have made a error. The OTC Market site is a separate entity, not FINRA and not OTCBB. To back that up I add that the FINRA site link to the actual notice of violations states that they(ASYI) will be add to NBB. Below is the definition of NBB from the FINRA site.

NBB Non-Bulletin Board. OTC securities that are not quoted on the OTCBB. NBB securities may or may not be quoted on the Pink Sheets. Also called other-OTC.

Note the "other-OTC" which is OTC Market. Only question I see there is the wording of "may or may not be quoted on the pink sheets". Who or what determines that?

If you are trying to say something other than what is covered above then spell it out but I won't be able to reply since this is my last post in my allotment. lol
