You guys need to understand that ANY AUDIT is not going to be current through the day it is issued. It will be at least 30 days and most likely 90 days prior information. So since Franks shares were converted (or at least PR'd on August2) there is almost no possibility of them not being included in the OS whether it is 14B or 19.5B...
This also goes for the subscriber numbers, we have only had Maine for a short time.
