I am almost sure this is a fake PR, for all the motives, very short, no responses to any questions, as Fong said, no talking about Baker, not in a professional way.

Someone please call Fong or anyone in the company.

Also, it doesn't make any sense to wait all day to do it only a few minutes before the close, it is not the habit of the company, they release always after the market close.
