What is the chance that they recall all shares w/o open market covering and shareholders are stuck w/ nothing??

Honest question.. I mean has this happened before where the ceo or insiders did not orchestrate the counterfiet shares? This is unlike otheres where it was not arranged by insiders?

I cannot see us walking away with anything less than .08 cents. I mean as long as the CEO does not concede current float & they prove the original outstanding / restricted shares.. The SEC has to enforce a buy back correct. If not, what other options are there.. good or bad? TIA
