clearly msft thinks that quality w/ out "QOS" will improve so stich and allard (and i for thinking that it was critical as well) are wrong,
where i differ however is that i beleive that qos hurdles are small, authentication on a clyw powered access point may ultamately serve as a proxy for qos
further comcast could make an access point that would have very little overlay to make it compatible w/ asnap, it would be a black box concept
clyw phone <-> black box <-> outside the comcast network
once the asnap standard is developed on both ends the "black box" should not be very diffacut to engineer
same would go for vonage or any other voip provider
