Hi Ron. I hope you're doing well. I just thought I'd write to encourage you by saying that I don't really think it's dead as you seem to believe. I'm not sure what you're expecting to see on a daily basis but one thing's for sure and that is that you'll drive yourself crazy if you watch things as closely as you seem to be with the expectation of a "pop".

As for why this board seems, to you, to be dead, I don't assume that it's either because people have sold and walked away or that they don't care anymore; either or both of these things may be true, I just don't make those assumptions. I am just speculating, like you, when I say that I think it may be because people are beginning to realize just what I said and that is that there's not a lot of point to posting every day, multiple times a day, working themselves into a lather over a development-stage company that is in the process of slowly and surely establishing its operations.

Please don't take this the wrong way, Ron, but when you post things like "... another day of this POS...", I'm not really sure what you were expecting to see happen. Rome wasn't built in a day. And as far as the board itself goes - frankly, I like the board better this way - with a lot less "noise" from people who haven't really got much to say except to vent their frustration. Frustration with substance to back it up... fine and dandy; frustration that doesn't add to the conversation... not so much.

I'll tell you what I think, as a "long-time holder" of this company's stock, and that is that there are people - possibly you are one of them - that bought in a couple of months ago when things spiked there for a while, with the hopes that this was going to be off and running immediately, making them a nice tidy profit in a short period of time. Unfortunately this doesn't amount to investing in the company as much as it does investing in the hype generated by other people.

If this is your story, then I'm sorry that you're down but realistically everyone has to do their DD and accept the consequences of their own actions. A stock doesn't become a POS just because there's been no reason for its price to increase (which there hasn't been). Long before the paid pumpers showed up, there were already plenty of people, I'm sure, checking their inboxes for the newest alert and springing at the opportunity to jump on the next "big one". So other than being similarly disappointed with things that I think could have been done differently (i.e. better) I don't blame the company for the actions of people who have purchased their shares only to scratch their heads and wonder why things haven't lit up yet.

So is the stock dead? Not at all. Is this board dead? Not at all. The company is working to get things established and you and I, both, will know soon enough when they do. Regarding this board - in my opinion it is made better when people contribute in a way that adds to the ongoing dialogue. When all you have to say, though, is that this company is a POS, and until it reaches X number of cents that's all you're going to have to say, etc., (even though you claim to have all the time in the world to wait and see)... not so much.

Hang in there with the rest of us, Ron. In time, I believe, you will not be disappointed.
