If you are referring to that social activity where one consumes psychotropic snacks, mood-altering malts or genetically enhanced, Ferengiphilic fingerfoods embellished with giggle-inducing pharmaco-fibrous molecules all served by pun-launching, scantilly-clad R2 units....then I would say, 'perhaps'.
Much depends on being 'regular'.
A"stopped-up Spock" is a most unhappy Spock. (There IS a seldom-used, somewhat risky procedure to alleviate blockages using the transporter, but the slightest miscalculation can have disastrous consequences. Capt. Pike's famous story is a cover story. He actually had a disaster of the the variety I allude to here, but you did not hear this from me.)
