Lenny had mentioned at one point that he had in the past, paid $5,000 - $10,000 a pop on about a dozen or more occasions to services who look for/find loans and backers but did not come through for him. He lost that money and nothing was done.

This time, his goal is to find lenders who are willing to take payment on the back end. Overall, he would like to find an investor(s) willing to take a chance on the company in the amounts of $25K, $50K, $100K, or more. That has been difficult to come by and he encourages each of us to assist him in this. This includes helping him find business creditors willing to support the company, like I did with Triton.

Hopefully that helps explain more of the story.
