I stand corrected. I took a short cut and tried to read the purchase price off a chart. Call me lazy. You are correct per the sec filing 11/23/11 RP bought $60k worth of common stock at .02 each, (3 mil shares) bringing his common stock up to a total of 5.7 million shares.

However, my point is even more valid with these corrections....

Within the past 7 months RP invested $ 60k in this company of his own money, which is now worth $6k. I think that gives him incentive to make decisions that are in the best interests of the investors. Unless the $60k will be the queen he sacrifices to make a bigger gain that won't benefit the investors.

For better or for worse, I also noticed that he was only a 10% owner in nov. After the supershares he has much more control of the company.
